ELIGIBILITY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the entry form at below Only one submission per entrant is permitted. Multiple entries are automatically disqualified.

The Free Workshop Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States 18 years of age and older by 9:00 a.m. (EST) on January 26, 2008, excluding employees and immediate family member of Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries affiliates and assigns, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled. Offer void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Each e-mail entrant in the Free Workshop Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the entrant's e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. The e-mail account must be opened prior to 9:00 a.m. (EST) on January 26, 2008.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes will begin on January 26, 2008 (9:00 a.m. (EST)). E-mail entries must be received by February 29, 2008 (5:00 p.m. (EST)).

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all the entries.

The church listed in the winning entry will be posted on our website on March 15, 2008. The church will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail and will be required to sign and return to Sponsors an affidavit of prize acceptance and release of liability, prior to the announcement of the winner. If Sponsors do not receive the affidavit within 7 days of notification, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternate church will be chosen. The winning entrant also will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail and will be required to sign and return to Sponsors an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.

PRIZES

The Sponsors will donate to the church listed in the winning entry 1 FREE WORKSHOP.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. Any federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winning church.

CONDITIONS

It is understood and the winning church agrees to provide (1) Provide Media coverage (2) Videotape the event and provide Speaker with 2 copies of event in DVD Format and (3) Provide a Book Table for Sponsor to sell her books and assign 2 people to take care of sales. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the selection of the winner, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Free Workshop Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules. If any of the above terms are not fulfilled, the winning church agrees to compensation Sponsor in the amount of $1,200.00 within 7 days of end of event.

Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use the name of the winning church and its pastor and the entrants name, likeness, biography, and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The entrants release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, attorneys, representatives and agents, including advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from any and all liability or damages arising from the administration of the Free Workshop Sweepstakes and the use or misuse of any prize received in this Free Workshop Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the following: (i) late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or unintelligible entries, (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Free Workshop Sweepstakes, and (iii) any damage to the entrant's computer and related equipment and software resulting from entrant's downloading of information regarding the Free Workshop Sweepstakes or participation in the Free Workshop Sweepstakes.

Sponsors may only use the personally identifiable information obtained from the entrants in accordance with its privacy policies.

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Free Workshop Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, fire or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Free Workshop Sweepstakes. Sponsors may prohibit you from participating in the Free Workshop Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, they determine that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Free Workshop Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of Sponsors.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE FREE WORKSHOP SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND, IN SUCH EVENT, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ITS REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY'S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER AND QUALITY OF THE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Any dispute arising from the Free Workshop Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of South Carolina, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts for the city of Columbia over them and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
